Your data lives on Microsoft Azure servers, encrypted in transit and at rest, with strict access controls. To generate answers, your conversations — including any photos you upload — are sent to the AI providers that power the Service (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and xAI); they process it for us under contract and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Our own authorized staff, which may include a veterinarian reviewing your case, can also access it. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see, store, or touch your card details.
