Your data lives on Microsoft Azure servers, encrypted in transit and at rest, with strict access controls. To generate answers, your conversations — including any photos you upload — are sent to the AI providers that power the Service (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and xAI); they process it for us under contract and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Our own authorized staff, which may include a veterinarian reviewing your case, can also access it. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see, store, or touch your card details. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not hand it to partners for their own purposes. We do use it to improve and train our own models.
